Article I: Developer Code of Conduct

Developers may not:

  • Cheat or give anyone (including themselves) unfair advantages using game code.
  • Fire team members without a real rules violation.
  • Add real-world political bias into the game.
  • Put ads in the game.
  • Leak private/sensitive messages that affect safety, fairness, or security.
  • Get involved in server moderation decisions unless there's an official appeal ticket.

Addendum:

  • Developers retain sole authority over in-game moderation.
  • Developers may purge players at any point for overt toxicity or game-ruining behavior.

Article II: Community Code of Conduct

Players may not:

  1. Dox anyone or themselves even with permission.
  2. Spam channels (rapid low-value messages that don't contribute).
  3. Harass anyone — if asked to stop (by them or staff), you must stop.
  4. Attack or target people based on race, gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, etc.
  5. Advertise other Discords or political sims without developer approval (ticket first).
  6. Glorify, promote, or talk positively about political violence, killing, or suicide.
  7. Use channels for the wrong purpose.
  8. Use any slurs or try to bypass the auto-moderator (includes words like "rape").
  9. Try to dodge or work around staff punishments.
  10. Tell others to break these rules.
  11. Post or discuss NSFW content anywhere in the server (including official party servers).
  12. Threaten or give ultimatums to the developers and community management.

Article III: In-Game Rules

In game, players may not:

  1. Create secret/illegal alt accounts (only approved ones allowed).
  2. Buy, sell, trade, or exchange accounts or in-game money for real-world money or favors (except official Patreon).
  3. Share their account login with anyone.
  4. Steal money from party (caucus/state/national) funds.
  5. Exploit bugs for advantage — report them immediately in #bug-reports (you get 1 hour to report exploitable bugs or you can be punished).
  6. Use bots/macros/scripts to automate actions (except simple fund transfers).
  7. Upload NSFW images or content to the game website.
  8. Break any clause of Article II in game.

Bottom line: Play fair, be respectful, don't cheat, don't harass, and don't cause drama. Staff can make judgment calls on a case-by-case basis. All activity must also follow the official Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
